RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Celadon will gladly refund most items that have been returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt (see exceptions below). Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a credit back to the original method of payment, minus shipping costs.

Items which cannot be returned:

- Items discounted for final sale                                                                                      

- Custom order merchandise

- Clearance items

We apologize, but shipping fees are NOT refundable. 

Celadon will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from receipt of your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please call us at 843.884.7005 within 7 days to arrange for a return/replacement.

Please ship the package back to us via Fedex, UPS, or USPS (we recommend that you insure the package, as we cannot claim responsibility if your return shipment is damaged or lost in transit).
